This multi-rater assessment tool, Edge360 for Leaders, lets you collect confidential feedback from supervisors, direct reports, peers, and customers to identify your strengths and needs as perceived by those with whom you work.

As employees move up through the ranks of leadership in their organizations, they often receive less and less honest information about themselves and their performance. Others are sometimes fearful of displeasing those in leadership positions and often may give less than frank and candid feedback on a leader's performance when asked directly, face to face. And an accurate understanding of one's strengths and developmental needs is necessary to maintain and improve job performance.

The Edge360 for Leaders offers an opportunity to give and receive accurate and helpful feedback in a constructive and confidential manner.

This multi-rater assessment tool lets you collect confidential feedback from your supervisors, direct reports, peers, and customers to identify your strengths and needs as perceived by those with whom you work.

This assessment process measures 100 specific leadership behaviors, asks assessors to rate the relative importance of 12 leadership tasks, and collects confidential written comments which are transcribed and reported as part of a detailed 60+ page feedback report for each participant.

The results of the Edge360 for Leaders can be combined with the results of a participant's Knowledge for Leaders assessment results to give the most complete leadership assessment available.
