As you know, compliance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule is now mandatory -- and the compliance deadline for the new HIPAA Security Rule - to ensure the security of electronic protected health information (PHI) -- was effective April 2005.

Production Dates: The original VHS release was 9/2002. The program was revised in 5/2005. The DVD was released in 2005. Another revision is currently being completed to update wording about compliance dates.
