Managing Change includes four modules, as described below.
Managing My Life: Managing Change is an innovative, user-friendly, cost-effective self-study program, which helps users embrace change and adapt positively to changes they are facing in their lives.
Module One: Managing Change with Enthusiasm and Self-Confidence which leads users to:
1. Fully realize the importance of developing and displaying enthusiasm and self-confidence when facing change.
2. Sharpen their self-perception through the use of a series of introspective exercises.
3. Learn specific techniques that will help them develop and maintain a higher level of enthusiasm, and self-confidence at work and in their personal life.
Module Two: Managing Change Through My Win-Win Relationships will lead users to:
1. Better appreciate why having win-win relationships can be very helpful in managing change more effectively.
2. Examine an Adlerian-based personality model, which will help them become more perceptive of their needs and the needs of others.
3. Identify key strategies that will help them develop win-win relationships more effectively.
Module Three: Managing Change with a Positive Attitude which leads users to:
1. Better appreciate how individuals with positive attitudes manage change more effectively.
2. Sharpen their understanding of their own attitude and value system.
3. Further improve the quality of their life by using techniques which will help them maintain a more positive attitude.
4. Identify techniques that will help them remain calm even when facing unwanted change.
Module Four: Managing Change Through Goal-Setting and Taking Action will lead users to:
1. Realize the benefits of having goals and objectives and an action plan for managing change and their life.
2. Become exposed to several goal-setting techniques which can be used to help them adjust to and manage change more effectively. 3. Learn how to turn goals and objectives into action plans.
What Is Included In The Program
Managing My Life: Managing Change includes: 1. A comprehensive self-study workbook in Acrobat Reader format, which can be downloaded and printed from your organization’s server or our server. The workbook can also be e-mailed to staff members. 2. "Relaxation Exercise" and "Relaxation and Sleep" audio-tracks with music, which can also be downloaded or e-mailed. These relaxation audio-tracks will help users remain calm and focused, so that they can manage change more effectively at work and in their personal lives. These audio-tracks will also help users feel more rested and experience better, more consistent sleep. 3. A guide to help ensure that the program is successfully launched in your organization. 4. The possibility of customizing the program materials to meet specific needs you may have. 5. The availability of one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, web-cast programs and on-site workshops through a network of Professional Coaches and Trainers who are licensed to use the materials in their practice. This allows our Network to handle and deliver simultaneous assignments to clients with locations across North America and world-wide, no matter how large or small the client organization is.
Multiple Pricing and Training Delivery Options:
We license your organization to post the program on your Intranet for downloading and use by all your employees during the period of the license. Pricing varies by number of employees and by program within the Managing My Life series. Pricing of this delivery model could be as low as $750 per year.
Employees can also access the Program from our server. Pricing varies by number of employees and by program within the Managing My Life series. After initial set-up fee, pricing of this delivery model could be as low as $0.75 per employee.
ADDITIONAL OPTION:
The program materials can also be offered to a select number of employees within your organization. Under the circumstances we would e-mail the licensed individuals the program materials and mail them the accompanying Deep Relaxation Exercises CD for their personal, sole use.
