Fourteen years after the initial third grade class exercise (see EYE OF THE STORM VHS), eleven of the students return for a reunion. As young adults, the former students talk about the impact Jane Elliott's lesson in bigotry has had on their lives and attitudes

Elliott then takes her diversity training exercise to employees of the Iowa prison system, teaching the same lesson to the adults and receiving a similar response from them.
