How do you make better ethical decisions at work? Just because a particular choice is legal does not make it right. Seeing legal compliance as the end of ethics rather than the beginning can lead to poor decision making with disastrous consequences for the individuals involved and their organizations. Compliance is essential, but it's not enough. Employee compliance training is an important part of your organizations employee development plans as well as a requirement of the organizations to appropriately inform employees of correct office etiquette. This ethics training program will assist employees and employers alike with important areas of workplace principles. Albeit extremely important, understanding the legal issues of workplace ethics is only the starting point.

The new training series Compliance is Just the Beginning presents an easy to apply three-step process that will help employees at all levels make better ethical decisions.

Program One, 3 Steps to Ethical Decisions (24 minutes), introduces the process. We hear from a former Enron executive as well as six ethics experts who discuss the pressures people can feel that may lead them to make poor decisions. We explore the importance of being aware of our core values as well as the standards of behavior expected by our organizations and our communities. Most importantly, we learn the 3 steps we can each take when faced with a tough ethical choice to help us we make the best possible decision. These are:

1) The Compliance Test

2) The Ripple Effect

3) The Gut Check

Program Two, Ethical Situations to Consider (32 minutes), presents us with 8 dramatized scenarios. These stories represent familiar ethical issues most of us will face at some time. By discussing these situations and applying the 3 Steps process in each case, employees gain valuable practice and reinforcement.

These fees apply to any QMR programs presented over the Internet from our server
(using QMR’s Learning Management System) or over your internal network from your server.

Prices are on a per-person, per-program basis.

*Minimum order amount for any one program is $395 

When streaming programs over the Internet via our server:
Pricing includes use of QMR's Learning Management System (LMS) for:

• post-training test (customized tests are also available)
• online reporting of test results
• online reporting of training activity (viewing dates, etc.)
• "Completion of Training" certificate

When presenting programs over your network via your server:
Programs can be supplied to you in any video or digital format and may be
distributed over mass distribution channels providing measures are taken by the
licensee to ensure protection of QMR's copyright and to avoid illegal duplication
or piracy.

Each program includes a Facilitator's Guide and Handouts; most also have Microsoft
PowerPoint presentations. You will receive electronic copies of all support materials.
