Too many organizations are learning the hard way that the actions (or in-actions) of their leaders can create tremendous liability for the organization when it comes to workplace harassment. In recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings, the court made clear that organizations can be held liable for the behavior of their supervisors even if the organization had no knowledge of that behavior. Organizations today must ensure that all of their leaders are proactively working to create and lead a respectful workplace that is free from harassment and discrimination. This video will show you how!

This training program is available for unlimited license.  This license is for internal duplication and transmission and will allow licensee to make an unlimited number of copies of the material and to transmit the program to their employees by all available media (DVD's, VHS, WEBEX, Intranet Streaming, etc.).  This license does not allow the end user to creative derivative products.  The content provided in the license is to be used solely for the purpose of the internal employee training and cannot be used externally or transferred to another party.

Program licensing is based upon the number of employees in the organization that is licensing the program (or division of the organization licensing the program). The license is not based upon the number of actual employees watching or viewing the program; it is based upon the number of employees in the entire organization or division that is licensing the program.  License pricing is available with or without the supporting viewer/participant guides.
