This course is designed to assist participants in exploring the best practices for problem solving & decision making. It demonstrates how effective problem solving and decision making can benefit leaders, their employees and the entire organization.

Participant Objectives:

• To show participants how to define problems by identifying the root cause.
• To teach participants how problem solving and decision making work together.
• To demonstrate how to solve problems and make decisions by following six essential steps including analyzing the problem, brainstorming solutions, making the best decisions and following through by monitoring results.
• To understand how to creatively solve problems through the use of various techniques.
• To demonstrate the ability to evaluate solutions in order to choose the best idea that will yield measurable results.
• To show participants how documenting their problem solving process will benefit them in the future.

This training program is available for unlimited license.  This license is for internal duplication and transmission and will allow licensee to make an unlimited number of copies of the material and to transmit the program to their employees by all available media (DVD's, VHS, WEBEX, Intranet Streaming, etc.).  This license does not allow the end user to creative derivative products.  The content provided in the license is to be used solely for the purpose of the internal employee training and cannot be used externally or transferred to another party.

Program licensing is based upon the number of employees in the organization that is licensing the program (or division of the organization licensing the program). The license is not based upon the number of actual employees watching or viewing the program; it is based upon the number of employees in the entire organization or division that is licensing the program.  License pricing is available with or without the supporting viewer/participant guides.
