Additionally, the course will provide students with opportunities to develop and enhance their skills in effective communication, building motivation, and facilitating employees' movement through levels of development performance.

Students will have the opportunity to learn:

• How to write goals and objectives that effectively align with their business unit and overall company objectives.
• How to think about their entire scope of job responsibilities as they relate to developing effective goals and objectives.
• The benefits of coaching and mentoring and the principles of successful development.
• How to identify person skills and growth needs required to attain planned goals and objectives.
• The three major types of on-going feedback situations and the specific benefits and limitations of each.

This training program is available for unlimited license.  This license is for internal duplication and transmission and will allow licensee to make an unlimited number of copies of the material and to transmit the program to their employees by all available media (DVD's, VHS, WEBEX, Intranet Streaming, etc.).  This license does not allow the end user to creative derivative products.  The content provided in the license is to be used solely for the purpose of the internal employee training and cannot be used externally or transferred to another party.
