2. If the VHS was purchased beyond 3 months but less than a year of DVD before the release the customer may return the VHS and purchase the DVD for $395.00 (approx. 50% discount).
3. If the VHS was purchased more than 1 year before the DVD release the customer may return the VHS and receive the DVD for $475.00 (approx. 50% discount).
