Manage conflict constructively and improve workplace performance
In this workshop, managers, supervisors, and team leaders learn to manage conflict by identifying conflicting personality styles. Participants learn to view the sources of conflict as differing perceptions of facts, methods, goals, or values. The most appropriate of five conflict management styles is then applied to address the situation: avoiding, smoothing, bargaining, forcing, problem solving. By mastering conflict resolution techniques, working relationships are improved and the best solutions to problems are found. This is designed to be a 2 day workshop.
