This easy-to-use assessment provides you with a measure of how effectively your established work groups are functioning as Quality teams and takes inventory of 10 key Quality skills.
Each team member completes the 36-item questionnaire on diskette. Scoring software then generates reports to help you decide which of the PS Quality Teams workshops to use. This Administrator's Manual includes a Scoring and Reporting diskette.
